In line with NHS Operational Planning guidance, the Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy service are now accepting self-referrals from patients via the link on the Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust webpage. In addition to the self-referral form, the webpage also has self-help guidance for patients, including educational videos and exercise leaflets. Patients should access these resources to help manage their symptoms initially, prior to referring themselves. They can also continue with these while they wait for assessment.
