If you have visited the practice recently you will be aware that the waiting room can become quite busy with patients waiting for routine and on the day appointments, patients picking up medication and those booked in for child and adult flu appointments etc.
We have been using a pager system for over a year now to limit the numbers in the practice – this allows patients to wait outside or in their vehicle until they are called in. If you feel uncomfortable waiting in the waiting room and would prefer to wait outside please feel free to request a pager from reception.
