Interested in having a free health check?
Our community wellness outreach team are offering free health checks for:
- People aged 30+ not on medication or receiving treatment for high blood pressure, heart failure, diabetes, raised cholesterol or chronic kidney disease
- Or if you are eligible for a NHS health check
The free health check will include:
- Height and weight measurements
- Blood pressure reading
- Cholesterol reading
- Blood sugar reading
- Advice and guidance on issues that may impact your health and well being
