The practice has had difficulties over the last two days with its telephone system – this meant we had no incoming calls until approx. 10:30am on Tuesday 10th April and this was then limited to 4 lines. This situation remained until lunchtime on Wednesday 11th April when all lines and systems became fully operational again. We apologise for the inconvenience this will have caused. We kept our website updated with news throughout this time.
We will review the way this was managed with our telephone provider to see if we can learn anything from this event.
