At long last, we are almost at the end of updating our patient on-line access since we changed clinical systems. If you haven’t already, you will soon receive an automated email which contains information regarding your log in details for the new system – please note, this is not a scam / phishing email. This email is automatically generated once your medical records have been updated.
The email will refer to “Your Healthcare Provider” where you will see a long list of providers. Select the first option, “Patient Access “. This will take you to a website log in screen. Click the three bars in the top left hand corner (the menu) to the go into the Registration Screen. Input the requested information including the surgery postcode (RG71QY) and you will be able to use your individual registration details contained in your email. If you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact the surgery.
