We would like to be able to send you text and/or email reminders for your appointments – date, time, location, clinician.

As well as helping you to schedule your day accordingly, we also hope to minimise the number of missed appointments which are a significant waste of NHS resources.

If you would like us to contact you in this way we will need to have your mobile phone number and/or email address on our records. You can, of course, opt out of this service at any time just by letting us know you wish to do so.

We can also use this system to notify you, if appropriate, of flu clinics or any relevant annual medical reviews you need to have.

For parents of younger children please register your own mobile number and/or email address for them as well as for yourself. We will also be able to advise of any child immunisation campaigns as well as appointments. Once your child reaches 16 years of age we would ask that they register their own mobile number and email address.
