Assistant Practice Manager
As Practice Manager, Fran is involved in managing all business aspects of the practice. She is assisted by Alison and together they ensure the practice runs as smoothly as possible. They will be able to help you with any problems you may have with the way the practice is run and will welcome constructive suggestions in writing to help us maintain and improve our services to you.
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
